6.00pm Gates Open Movies by Moonlight at Gapsted Wines

Whet your appetite for a gourmet weekend with a food and wine movie under the stars. Bring along a chair or blanket and get in the mood with a glass of wine and local produce hamper. $15 entry per car. Hampers, cheese packs, cake & coffee available. Strictly No BYO alcohol. Bookings essential.

6.30 pm till late Michelini's Salsiccie e Vino night

Kick off a fantastic weekend of food and wine with a locally-made Italian sausage and sample the exciting range of Italian varietals at Michelini Wines Cellar Door. Call in after work or linger for dinner and enjoy the balmy summer evening. $10.00 for BBQ and glass of wine.

A festive celebration of regional food, wine and music on the leafy banks of the Ovens River in Bright.

Alpine Valleys winemakers will introduce you to the unique characteristics of their exciting cool climate wines, whilst local chefs will tease you with a selection of entrée sized dishes. Purchase your festival tasting glass for $8 and enjoy complimentary wine tastings from all wine exhibitors through until 7.30pm . Relax to live music all day long and kick back in the shade as your kids have fun in the nearby playground. Relax along the natural ampitheatre of the Morses Creek and Ovens River junction and savour the pure alpine flavours emanating from these pristine mountain valleys.

Experience the diverse produce of the Alpine Valleys by car, bike or foot!

Get on your bike (or hop in the car) and visit the Alpine Valleys wineries, growers and restaurants in person. The wineries and farm gate producers are linked by the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail (a purpose built cycle path) or a short drive from Bright. Enjoy special “Bike Helmet Deals” at participating wineries.

10.00am Brunch at Ringer Reef

Start Sunday slowly with a delicious brunch in the picturesque hillside vineyard at Ringer Reef. Savour croissants, cereals, muffins, fresh fruit and continental sausages with freshly brewed coffee. Cricket and frisbees for the kids. Wine tasting and sales through until 6.00pm .

A 3½ hour tour of Alpine Valleys Wineries with lunch at Homestead Estate.

Join us in our purpose built, 4 x 4 OKA with large windows, aircraft seats and ducted air conditioning. MURRAY TO MOUNTAINS RAIL TRAIL
Following the historical railway lines, the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail links the townships of Bright, Porepunkah, Myrtleford, Beechworth and Wangaratta. The 98km trail is a must do for all visitors to the region and a wonderful way to explore the cellar doors of the Alpine Valleys for cyclists and walkers alike. One of Australia 's greatest scenic touring routes, the Great Alpine Road extends from Wangaratta to Bairnsdale.
